Prosonic will see the firm’s products pitched against their staunchest competitors

Italian loudspeaker manufacturer dBTechnologies is to host its second distributor convention at its European headquarters in Cologne this month. The two-day event entitled Prosonic is set to showcase the new models from the Flexsys, DVA and DVX ranges with a particular focus on Opera Digital, launched in Frankfurt this year.

Taking place on June 22nd and 23rd, the event invites worldwide dBTechnologies distributors to attend, giving them ample opportunity to get up close and personal with each of the new products. The itinerary is interspersed with four rigorous sound demonstrations, some in-house and one in situ, each pitching dBTechnologies products against their staunchest competitors.

“We want our distributors to be fully conversant with each of the new active speaker ranges,” explained Harald von Falkenstein, dBTechnologies’ international sales manager.

“They need every useful piece of information at their fingertips, so we’re giving them the chance to hear, see, and experience our products first hand. These are difficult times, and ensuring that each of our distributors is really convinced by our products can only be beneficial to them, back in their home territories.”

Also on the agenda at the convention are short lectures on sales and marketing, an overview of the RCF Group portfolio, strategy and brand positioning and continuous opportunities for distributors to confer with their associates.

“As usual at these events, dBTechnologies’ Italian roots inspire a certain relaxed conviviality, so in addition to some hard work we can rely on having a good time,” added von Falkenstein.
