Clockaudio expands global distribution network

New appointments made in France, Switzerland and UAE
British microphone manufacturer, Clockaudio has announced the addition of new distribution arms in several key European markets.
The company aims to boost its profile in the pro-audio and AV markets with the use of new distribution channels in these areas. Clockaudio’s sales and marketing Director Rod Geary highlights the fact that “all our new appointments are professional distributors, not installers or integrators.”
In France, Clockaudio has signed up the well-known pro-audio distributor Axente, whose portfolio includes EAW, KV2, LA Audio and D.A.S. “In the past, Clockaudio has been represented by agents in France so Axente is actually our first distributor in this important market,” points out Geary. “We stand to gain a great deal from Axente’s years of experience working with Audio-Technica.”
Swiss distribution company, Show Supply GmbH approached Clockaudio at the 2009 ISE Exhibition.
Based between Basel and Zurich, Show Supply imports predominantly pro-audio equipment.
In the United Arab Emirates, AMB Electronics LLC will now handle Clockaudio’s range of products. Clock feels that GM Nigel Miller leads an expert team that is well positioned to exploit the region’s potential for its boardroom and conferencing products.
