Discrete distributed audio system blends unnoticeably into landscaped areas
Tannoy has released a new outdoor loudspeaker disguised as a rock. The SR601T discrete distributed audio system is designed for landscaped areas, where it will blend in unnoticed.
Based on the original SR601, the new model has an integrated low insertion loss 30W line transformer with variable tappings, making it perfectly suited for large scale outdoor distributed audio system installations, where a balance of sound quality and discrete aesthetics are required, such as theme parks, civic gardens, garden festivals, beer gardens, hotel outdoor spaces and water parks.
The rugged and durable terra alba and fibreglass enclosure is weather, water marking and UV discolouration resistant, to IP64 specification. It is available in three distinct colours: green, grey/slate and sandstone.
