New staff covers ground for both MI Pro and Audio Pro titles
Following the phenomenally successful launch of Audio Pro, publisher Intent Media is investing still further in its ‘music and sound’ department with the hiring of another writer for the editorial team.
Following the arrival of Andrew Low as Deputy Editor, Rob Hughes has now joined the API team at the publisher’s offices in Hertford, where he will also add support to sister magazine, MI Pro.
Hughes, 25, is a graduate in media and popular culture from UCN and recently completed a music construction and commercial engineering diploma at Manchester Midi School.
He is also a DJ and dance music producer.
“This appointment is all about further strengthening the magazines after a year where we have seen Audio Pro establish itself in its market and MI Pro take up an undisputed position as the clear leader for MI retailers across the country,” stated Intent Media's head, Stuart Dinsey. "The investment in staff cements our committment to both the MI and pro audio industries, and heads towards an exciting 2008."
