Additions to Congress Systems line and MP3 amp debuted in Amsterdam

RCF showed the new expander DEC 6104 Expander Board for the Forum 6000 Digital Congress System and the ES 3323 MP3 receiver amplifier to ISE audiences this week.

According the release the new DEC 6104 Expander Board represents a major implementation of the Forum 6000 Digital Congress System, which allows the connection of the system to a PC in order to manage it through the Forum 6000 control software. This board also adds the possibility to connect up to 180 DMS 6410 microphone consoles, it is equipped with an RS 485 port (alternative to the USB port) and a digital anti-feedback processor.

The new ES 3323 is a 320 W CD/USB MP3 receiver amplifier that offers the capacity to manage paging and program sources into three separate audio zones. The activation of announcements and music as well as the regulation of the sound levels can be made independently for each of the three constant voltage speaker lines. The ES3323 has a built-in CD/USB-MP3 player and an RDS FM tuner, plus an additional switchable AUX input for the connection of a Line level source and can manage four universal inputs with configurable priorities and chime.

The ES3323 can also be connected to an external power amplifier in order to preserve the music program during announcements in the areas not involved by paging.
The company also showed the MonitorQ and Acustica range of speakers, the DXT 7000 system, the complete line of Forum Congress systems, TT+ speakers and new AM and UP power amplifiers for installation.

It has also stated that one of its key products for 2010 will be the VSA 2050, a multi-amplified vertical steerable column speaker. Its configurability allows virtually tilting down and shaping the acoustic beam, while the column is installed in a physical vertical position, making it suited for indoor installations where the critical acoustic environment is an issue and where moderate visual impact is required.
