Tom Blackwell joins CUK Audio

Experienced sales manager to cover the Midlands, Wales and the North

Glasgow-based distributor, CUK Audio has announced the appointment of Tom Blackwell as sales manager.

Blackwell is known throughout the industry for his time at Sennheiser UK and, more recently, Harman Pro. Commenting on the move, Blackwell said: “I have followed the progress of CUK since it was started and have been impressed by the market penetration they have achieved. On the personal side, it offers me great variety across a broad spectrum of pro audio, from the high volume sales of hot products like Audica and InOut to the more specialist and larger contracts and installations with Community, DIS and Digigram.”

Commenting for CUK Audio, MD Stuart Thomson said: “Whilst I'm a great believer in bringing new blood into the industry, our current rate of growth meant I needed someone with really strong experience across the wide range of market sectors in which we operate. Tom has that experience to hit the ground running and he shares our philosophy of always going that bit further to give outstanding service. Blackwell will cover the Midlands, Wales and the North, representing the company’s portfolio, which includes Audica Professional, Community, Digigram, DIS Danish Interpretation Systems, InOut and KIND.
