TransAudio Group ceases distribution of Heil Sound

Exclusive worldwide distribution agreement terminated due to contractual infractions
Las Vegas, Nevada-based TransAudio Group will no longer distribute Heil Sound products domestically or internationally.
The exclusive worldwide distribution agreement between Heil Sound and TransAudio Group, effective since March 17, 2006, was terminated due to contractual infractions.
All outstanding orders for Heil Sound products were cancelled as of Thursday, March 27, 2008.
Heil Sound products will not be shown at either the TransAudio Group or Soundfield booths at the upcoming NAB show this month.
