UK MI firm to take over distribution, marketing and sales role for Harman brands

Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE: HAR) announced today the sale of its distribution business for the company’s Professional Group in the United Kingdom and Ireland to Sound Technology plc of Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire.

The agreement transfers to Sound Technology a strong team of sales professionals and exclusive distribution rights for JBL Professional, Crown, Soundcraft, AKG, dbx, BSS Audio and Lexicon products in the U.K. and Ireland.
