Move follows Loud’s fourth quarterly loss in a row
Gerald Ng, who served as chief financial officer, senior vice president, treasurer, and secretary at Loud Technologies since July 2007, has resigned less than a year after he accepted the position, US-based MMR magazine has reported.
Ng replaced Timothy O'Neil, who resigned in May 2007 and came to the Woodinville audio and musical instrument company from Medtronic Physio-Control. He was paid US$220,000 annually by Loud.
Loud said Ng will remain with the company until July 25 "in order to allow for an orderly transition to the new chief financial officer for the company."
This follows Loud's fourth quarterly loss in a row. The company has lost more than US$8 million in the last year.
