Director of customer service brings 15 years experience in pro audio

Pennsylvania-based Aviom, developer of the powerful audio transport protocol, A-Net, has welcomed Liz Marshall as its director of customer service and support.

In this role, Marshall will oversee customer service, technical support, warranty and repairs service, and sales support.

Marshall, who has worked for audio manufacturers, rep firms and a sound contractor, joins Aviom with over 15 years of experience in pro audio customer service.

“We are pleased to have someone with Liz’s industry background in this role,” said vice president of Aviom sales and marketing, Mike McGinn.

“With her experience in the various facets of the business, she will bring Aviom’s already outstanding service and support to a whole new level, and she has already begun to do so.”

Aviom is a developer of personal monitor mixing technology, including the Pro Series of audio networking products. All Aviom products are powered by A-Net, the company’s high-speed digital audio transmission protocol.
