Shure shines with Estelle

R&B singer Estelle uses Shure gear in the studio and on stage

Shure Distribution UK (SDUK) has recently announced that it will be working with R&B sensation Estelle.

Her new alum Shine has won multiple awards after its release this year on John Legend’s Homeschool label. The singer will now be using Shure gear on stage and in the studio, including its UHF-R wireless systems and the Shure KSM9 microphone.

FOH engineer Neil Allen stated, “Estelle has always been closely associated with John Legend and has appeared as a supporting artist on his touring programme in Europe. The introduction of UHFR systems allowed for increased flexibility and mobility, which subsequently allowed for an easier transition from venue to venue without any change in performance level."

“Estelle is a real musical talent and has come a long way from her underground hip-hop roots. Managing to get the likes of Wyclef Jean, Mark Ronson and Kanye West to collaborate on her album is no small feat," said Paul Crognale, marketing manager, Shure Distribution UK.
