Surtech has simplified the process of ordering custom-configured 19in rack systems

Enclosures and accessories specialist distributor, Suretech has simplified the complex process of ordering an IMRAK 1400 19in rack system configured exactly to suit customers’ requirements.

Ordering the IMRAK 1400 19in rack product can very difficult for customers who are not fully practiced in the complexity of 19in racking. With various different elements that need to be reviewed before ordering, it is typical that customers leave something out.

Suretech has introduced a check sheet - downloadable here, which lists all the items that need consideration.

When completed, a single, unique part number is created.

Surtech’s sales and marketing director Mike Johnson commented: “This new ‘crib sheet’ will help customers in both their drawing office and the purchasing departments who do not have the time to look through all the IMRAK 1400 literature - even though it is well laid out and very informative.
