The Australian company names Total Audio Solutions as its new UK business partner
A new business partnership between Australian media production system manufacturer, Fairlight, sees UK-based Total Audio Solutions responsible for Fairlight's entire range of audio for video products in the UK.
Total Audio is a distributor and supplier of pro audio brands as well as handling the design, specification, supply and installation of equipment for OB vans, radio, television and recording studios. It will now be the first UK point of contact for Fairlight's Xynergi, Constellation, Pyxis and Anthem products.
Fairlight’s Sales & Marketing Director, Stuart DeMarais, said: “Joining forces with a highly respected and diversified technology supplier like Total Audio Solutions will enable us to introduce the Fairlight platform to a much wider audience and allow us to engage a much larger customer base. The recent UK wide Xynergi ‘road show’ proved how much enthusiasm and potential there is out there for our products and we’re looking forward to an exciting year of growth”
Total Audio Solution’s managing director, Peter Knowles (pictured above) added: “We are absolutely delighted to add such an impressive product range to our roster.
As a former broadcast sound supervisor I have used virtually every digital audio workstation on the market but I have yet to find anything that matches Fairlight for speed, reliability and ease of use. This latest generation of Fairlight technology is exactly what the market needs. It provides professionals with a solid platform that not only has impeccable ‘green’ credentials but also gives them the sharpest and most intuitive editing tools in the box.”
“One of the main reasons why we wanted to work with Fairlight was the strength of its management team,” Peter Knowles added. “The company is incredibly proactive and very much in tune with what its customers want. Fairlight’s R&D department is nothing short of genius. Anyone thinking of buying a digital audio workstation simply has to consider Fairlight because these products are right at the forefront of today’s technology.”
