New eco-friendly building helps business expand
Adam Hall has moved its German HQ into a purpose-built location in Neu-Anspach, Hessen.
The new building was constructed to provide Adam Hall’s customers with improved availability, enhanced service and quicker delivery times. It is also accompanied by an overall enhancement of the company's logistics processes.
Continued sales growth and new forthcoming marketing channels forced the move as the company outgrew its previous location. Over 10,000 sq meters is no allocated for the optimisation of process runs and technical standards. The new larger area enables the company to stock great quantities, which will help to reduce delivery times.
Future growth and expansion will also continue in the new location as the company plans to employ an additional 10 to 15 people in the then next 3 to 5 years.
The design of the new HQ incorporates eco friendly techniques, including over 6500 m2 of photovoltaic cells on the building’s roof and the use of the town’s brand new district heating, resulting in lower carbon emissions.
