AC Audio, a division of AC Entertainment Technologies, has been selected as an accredited UK sub-distributor for Polar Audio’s range of brands, including Biamp, Dynacord, Blue Sky, MC² Audio, Renkus-Heinz and XTA.
Polar Audio has recently undergone some changes to its discount and distribution channels, appointing key audio resellers who specialise in the core production markets its products service. Now in place, these are bringing significant benefits to all parties in the market. The idea behind the new distribution network is to broaden access to the Polar Audio portfolio whilst at the same time, continuing the high level of supportive services customers require in the current climate.
As part of the agreement, AC Audio carries increased on-the-shelf stock of a wide range of Polar Audio products, as well as having access to the full range. The AC sales division has been supplying Polar Audio brands to dealers and end users in the theatrical, touring and associated production markets for many years.
AC Audio sales manager Peter Butler commented: “We are delighted to be selected by Polar Audio as one of its key sub-distributors. Our aim is to offer customers the widest possible choice of leading audio solutions under one roof. Polar Audio’s impressive line-up of brands is a natural fit with our portfolio and extends the range of high quality audio solutions we can offer to cater for customers’ differing budgets and technical requirements.”
Polar Audio national sales manager Simon Druce added: “All of our partners have been carefully chosen to ensure each market sector is correctly covered, with each being trained to the highest standards. As a result, buying via the sub-distribution network ensures our customers will continue to receive the same high level of support, both technically and commercially, with the added benefit of being able to buy all of their Polar Audio equipment from a single source, thereby controlling logistics and funding. AC Entertainment Technologies has been a longstanding and extremely good partner for us over the years, so we see this new appointment as a natural progression and expansion of the business.”
