As our month-by-month review of the year continues, Audio Pro International casts an eye back over the key events, which took place in October.
The month of October saw API provide a comprehensive regional focus on London, taking a look at many of the capital’s most important pro audio locations, while executive vice president of Meyer Sound, Helen Meyer, picked up the InfoComm 2011 Woman in AV Award.
Meanwhile, connector specialist Neutrik celebrated its 25th anniversary, and George Michael returned to the live stage with his Symphonica Tour, backed by Digico consoles and a wide range of Sennheiser equipment.
In other news, Prolight + Sound Shanghai enjoyed a record-breaking year, attracting 18,522 visitors.
