Following the release of new album Four, UK band Bloc Party are currently touring the world with Mogami ‘Cable for Life’ cables.
The cables for the tour, which takes in a string of festivals and shows across Europe, America, Japan and Australia, including performances at Pukkelpop, Lollapalooza, Ibiza Rocks and three sold-out headline shows at NYC’s Terminal Five, were supplied by HHB Communications.
Bloc Party guitarist Russell Lissack commented: “I really didn’t pay much attention to my cables until I started using Mogami. I am surprised at the amount of stress you can put on them night after night without losing any signal or breaking the cable, and they are very transparent.”
Mogami cables and connectors are hand soldiered rather than crimped, and are made from the company’s bulk cable and assembled in the UK with packaging comprised of 90 per cent recycled materials.
Mogami ‘Cable for Life’ packaged products are available in a single-cable package with terminated ends. The line includes a total of 46 cables, including Reference Microphones Cables, Premium Studio Accessory Cables, Premium Guitar Cables, Premium AES/EBU Interface Cables, Analogue eight-channel multicore cables and Digital eight-channel AES/EBU multicore cables.Article continues below
