The organisers of the Integrated Systems Europe 2012 event have confirmed that this year’s ISE 2012 trade show broke all records.
This year’s massive event saw a 17 per cent increase in attendance at the Amsterdam RAI venue with 40,869 visitors. By far the strongest performance of its 9-year history.
ISE first hit the scene back in 2004 and since then has expanded extensively. This year, for example, the organisers expanded the square metreage hired at the RAI building by 18 per cent.
It also saw an impressive 36,702 pre-registrations. Once again, this was a 21 per cent increase over the previous year’s figures. With an additional 4,000+ at-the-door registrations the event saw itself break the 40,000 attendees mark for the first time ever.

Mike Blackman, the Managing Director of Intergrated Systems Events, noted that the AV industry looked to be continuing to buck the economic trends of the day. Blackman was particularly proud that the ISE event was becoming the calendar date for many of the industry’s R&D cycles are synchronised with.
Integrated Systems Events, which is a joint partnership between CEDIA and infoCOMM, also organise ISE’s sister event, Integrated Systems Russia, which is also continuing to grow.
