As EVP of Sales at JBL Professional, Stephen Morris will be based at the company's headquarters in Northridge, California and will direct worldwide sales operations reporting directly to John Carpanini. In his new capacity, Morris will also lead U.S. sales operations for other Harman Professional brands including AKG, Soundcraft and Studer.
Morris takes up the position having successfully led group-wide sales and marketing for Harman Professional’s cinema business and prior to that held senior sales and marketing roles at sister company, Crown Audio.
The announcement was made by John Carpanini, President, JBL Professional. According to Carpanini, the appointment underscores JBL Professional’s commitment to recognize achievement and promote from within but also to continually improve sales and support operations to provide customers in the professional audio community with the products and services they need to be successful.

Prior to leading the Harman Professional cinema team, Stephen Morris was a 9-year veteran of Crown Audio, where he helped the company achieve consistent growth in the global cinema market and was heavily involved in pioneering the development of the Group’s Digital B-Chain technology.
