Mark Flanagan has been appointed to the position of marketing manager for TC Group’s install, touring and residential brands, responsible for international marketing activity across all channels for the Tannoy, White Acoustics, Lab.gruppen and Lake brands.
Flanagan moves into the expanded remit having spent the past four years working within the Coatbridge, Scotland-based marketing team specifically in a communications capacity, initially for Tannoy and more recently with a cross-brand remit after the marketing function for Lab.gruppen and Lake was consolidated from Sweden. Flanagan will report directly to vice president of marketing, Tim Chapman.
Assuming the new position as of June 1st, Flanagan’s internal appointment is said to of been a logical one, further leveraging Flanagan’s varied marketing experience as TC Group continue moving towards a streamlined approach to marketing their brands.
Chapman stated: “Having created a multi-disciplinary marketing team serving the broad needs of our brands, it’s become increasingly logical to consolidate the project management of these resources. The creation of the marketing manager role goes a long way to ensuring that we maintain a consistent direction across the brands and markets, and fulfilling that role will be a natural progression for Mark, allowing him to bring his experience to bear on a wider scope.”
