Philip Hart joins Music Group Pro Division as vice president

Following the acquisition of Turbosound at last week’s InfoComm 2012 show, Music Group has announced the appointment of Philip Hart as vice president of the Group’s Pro Division.

Music Group founder and CEO, Uli Behringer, announced the new division’s formation from the company’s Las Vegas office and showroom, where he stated: “The new Pro Division brings together three of the most respected brands in professional and touring sound under one roof. Our goal is to offer exceptional pre and post-sale support with a team of dedicated professionals who operate at the elite level of our most demanding customers, while maintaining the independent character of each individual brand. At the same time this division will accelerate the development of new technologies that will better integrate all components of the signal chain.”

The new division follows the launch of the Instrument Amplification Division in April 2012 and is part of the Group’s commitment to a more focused and agile management structure.

I am very glad that Phil Hart has taken up the assignment as vice president music group pro division. His long inning in proaudio industry right from sound craft to president harman pro and than as president turbo sound make him the ideal choice for new assignment.
Having known him personally during his tenure in harman pro, he in one of the nicest man not only professionnal but also as a human being, I wish him all the best wishes.
