PLASA 2012: Alchemea to exhibit at London show

London-based audio college Alchemea is set to take to the exhibition floor of London’s Earls Court for this year’s PLASA show.

Visitors to the show, which takes place from September 9th-12th, will be able to meet members of the Alchemea team at Stand 2-N38 to find out about its Live Sound Diploma programme.

The college’s Darryn de la Soul will be delivering a talk entitled ‘Getting a Foot in the Door’ at 2pm on Wednesday 12th (Education Day). This “pull no punches” presentation is aimed at anyone who is serious about pursuing a career as a live sound engineer. It will explore employment opportunities, as well as the realities, and challenges within the professional live sound industry. De la Soul will also be available at Alchemea’s stand to provide additional career advice and course consultation.

All visitors that register their interest at Alchemea’s stand will be entered into a prize draw to win a Shure SM58 microphone. Click here to register for your ticket to PLASA 2012.
